Dr. John Benefiel – A Sacred Assembly – April 28, 2006

Dr. Benefiel is the state representitive for the Oklahoma Apostolic Network, formally the Oklahoma Concert of Prayer, and the Pastor of Church on the Rock in Oklahoma City. Dr. Benefiel along with Jay Morris of Arkansas are a part of the United States Apostolic Prayer Network. Both men joined Congregational Leaders Curt Landry and Tim Alsbaugh, and Dr. Negiel Bigpond in a ceremonial handwashing (Psalm 24:3-5). Each man washed his hands as Curt spoke a covenantal blessing and dried their hands. Curt layed the foundation with Deuteronomy 21:1-9.

"Poverty is a curse," Dr Benefiel began as he released the annointings of Daniel, Cyrus, and Zerubbabel to the leadership and the congregation by the laying on of hands. Daniel prayed for the restoration. Cyrus decreed the restoration. And Zerubbabel carried out the restoration. Dr. Benefiel shared a foundational truth in that there is nothing else worth living our lives for except seeing the Kingdom of God established on earth.

The Lord desires the transfer of wealth to those who will leave Babylon to rebuild His Kingdom on earth, the end-time temple of living stones. Zerubbabel was one who chose to leave Babylon to go rebuild the temple and received the wealth to go forth. Although, he made the decision to move out, most didn't. Most people still today will not leave Babylon. It takes a pioneering spirit to move out. He has called us to live in His glory. Move out.
